LORD JESUS, 

I am a sinner and I repent of all my sins. Please wash my sins with the precious blood of JESUS today, I turn away from all sin, and I receive you into my heart today as my LORD and Saviour. Please write my name in the Lamb's Book of Life, and please send me the HOLY SPIRIT to help me live in holiness, and establish your Word in my heart and protect my heart. In the Mighty Name of JESUS, I am Born Again today.
